We are used to pick faults in other people... but this is not the way of spiritually inclined people... any one keen on spiritual progress should try to find his own faults and try to give them up, one after another, rather than find faults in other people... it is only superiority and of being above others that induces this habit in us, which is the very opposite of humility...
